January is the month of the Martin Luther King holiday and many MLK PEACE through PIE Socials. Some socials are private and some are open to the public, but all of them celebrate Dr. King's message of peace, and his vision of the 'Beloved Community.'

All the MLK PEACE through PIE Social listed are given by individuals and organizations that align with the PEACE through PIE mission. Each January our organization strives to support each host to have a successful event. Any money collected at each event or through pie auctions go to the organization that is hosting the social.
